Data We Collect

• Birth profile details entered by the user: display name, birth date, optional birth time, birth place, timezone, and precision mode.
• App account identifiers for anonymous account access and authentication.
• User questions, oracle answers, tarot spreads, daily forecasts, zodiac forecasts, card-of-day selections, and reading history.
• Technical request logs such as endpoint path, status code, duration, and backend error type. We do not intentionally log API keys or full user question text in server logs.

How We Use Data

• To generate daily forecasts, zodiac text, oracle answers, card selections, tarot spreads, and profile readings.
• To save history inside the app so users can return to previous readings.
• To maintain service reliability, debugging, abuse prevention, and account deletion support.

AI Processing

Astro Daily may send the user profile context and user questions to an OpenAI-compatible AI provider configured on our backend in order to generate entertainment readings. API keys are stored on the backend, not inside the Android app.

Payments

The current test version does not process payments. Future Google Play purchases, if added, will be handled through Google Play Billing.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure and AI service providers required to operate the app.

Data Retention and Deletion

Users can delete their account and stored app data in the Android app from Profile -> Data and account -> Delete account. Users can also submit a deletion request on the web page below.
